Taking care of your health while experiencing the changes of menopause can be difficult. As a health coach, I am here to support you in eating for hormones and treating yourself through menopause
Body Image
Do you struggle with feelings of guilt, shame, and control when it comes to your body and your plate? Helping you feel more comfortable and confident in your body is one of my focuses as a health coach.
Weight Loss
Permanent weight loss is difficult without support. I help my clients give up yo-yo dieting for good and lose weight and reach greater well-being through wholesome lifestyle changes.
About
Melinda
Growing up on a family farm in Arkansas, I inherited a love for three things: family, cooking and outdoor activity. I had 3 siblings and 64 first cousins so family was very important, and I rode my horse every day, swam, played tennis, rode mini bikes and go carts on trails. I learned my love for cooking from my mother, who was an entertainer and a fabulous cook. My passion for coaching women with well-being comes from a mixture of my childhood passions as well as my personal struggles with health, which have included poor body image and anorexia, poor nutritional guidance during menopause and osteoporosis.
